One of the pioneers in the development of the dubstep scene. Benga fused the already existing South London dubstep sound with the newer East London born grime sound, and was also one of the first dubstep producers when the style was emerging in the early 2000s. In 2008 he published his album Diary of An Afro Warrior.

By the time Dillinja was 23 he had over 50 releases to his credit, making him one of the most prolific and influential drum and bass producers around today. His early supporter, V Recording maestro, DJ Brian Gee cites him as “being probably 30 or 40 per cent responsible for how drum and bass sounds today.”!

With a style that can switch effortlessly from laid back soulful jazziness to the darkest and grimiest of drum n bass beats and b-lines, it is little wonder that Lemon D aka Lemonde has firmly moulded his reputation as one of the most versatile producers in drum n bass today.
